EmailKit uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Here's everything you need to know about making payments.
EmailKit accepts the following payment methods through Stripe:
Credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
Debit cards — Most Visa and Mastercard debit cards
Additional methods — Depending on your region, Stripe may offer additional local payment options
Select a credit package on the Billing page
Click Buy Credits
You're redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page
Enter your payment details
Complete the purchase
Credits are added to your account immediately
You're redirected back to the EmailKit dashboard
All payments are processed by Stripe — EmailKit never sees or stores your full card details
PCI DSS compliant — Stripe maintains the highest level of payment security certification
Encrypted — All payment data is encrypted in transit using TLS
3D Secure — Stripe supports 3D Secure authentication for additional fraud protection
After every purchase:
A receipt is sent to your account email address
The transaction appears in your Credit History page
You can export your transaction history as CSV from the Billing page
If a payment fails:
No credits are added to your account
You're redirected back to the Billing page with an error message
Common reasons for failure:
Insufficient funds
Card declined by issuing bank
Incorrect card details
3D Secure authentication failed
Try again with a different payment method or contact your bank if the issue persists.
All prices are displayed and charged in USD (US Dollars). If your card uses a different currency, your bank will handle the currency conversion at their exchange rate.
