We want you to be satisfied with EmailKit. Here's our policy on refunds.
Credit purchases on EmailKit are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. However, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and strive to be fair.
Technical issues — If a system error on our end caused incorrect verifications or unintended credit consumption, we'll refund the affected credits
Accidental duplicate purchases — If you accidentally purchased the same package twice in quick succession, contact us for a refund of the duplicate
Unused credits — If you purchased credits and haven't used any of them, we may be able to process a refund within a reasonable timeframe after purchase
Used credits — Credits that have already been consumed for email verifications cannot be refunded
Dissatisfaction with results — Email verification results reflect the actual state of the email address at the time of verification. Results like "unknown" or "risky" are valid outcomes, not errors
Credits purchased more than 30 days ago — Refunds are generally limited to recent purchases
Email support@emailkit.dev with the subject line "Refund Request"
Include:
- Your EmailKit account email
- The date and amount of the purchase
- The reason for your refund request
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
If a refund is approved:
The refund is processed through Stripe to your original payment method
It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
The corresponding credits will be deducted from your account
In some cases, credits are automatically refunded to your account (not as a monetary refund):
Non-billable verification results — If a verification fails due to a system error, the credit is returned to your balance
Bulk job cancellations — If a bulk job fails before completion, unprocessed credits are returned to your balance
