A clear description of the issue — What happened? What did you expect to happen?
Steps to reproduce — How can we replicate the problem?
Error messages — Copy and paste any error messages you see
Screenshots — If applicable, attach screenshots showing the issue
API details — If the issue involves the API, include:
- The endpoint you're calling
- The request body (redact your API key)
- The response you received
- Your request timestamp
For billing-specific questions, email support@emailkit.dev with the subject line "Billing Inquiry" and include:
Your account email
The transaction date and amount
A description of the issue
If you discover a security vulnerability or suspect unauthorized access to your account:
Email security@emailkit.dev immediately
Change your password and revoke all API keys as a precaution
Do not disclose the vulnerability publicly until it's been resolved
